Our model is country-led, evidence-based, and designed for scale. It connects six systems that determine whether societies can manage difference peacefully: governance, communities, environment, economy, technology, and information.

Strategic Pillars

Our six pillars define the key systems we strengthen to build lasting peace and societal resilience.

Governance.jpg
Governance4Peace

Strengthens the policies, institutions, coordination mechanisms, and accountability systems that make peace a normal function of governance.

Communities.jpg
Communities4Peace

Elevates trusted local capacities, including the work of women, youth, civic leaders, and community actors, so national systems can recognize, protect, and scale what already works.

Environment4Peace

Integrates climate, resource, and environmental pressures into peace and security planning to reduce displacement, exploitation, and conflict risk.

Economy4Peace

Mobilizes responsible private and public investment that supports stability, jobs, resilience, and shared prosperity in fragile and conflict-affected countries.

Information4Peace

Strengthens trusted media, public information, civic education, and narratives that reduce division, counter manipulation, and make peacebuilding and prevention more visible.

🌍

Country Programs

We support country-led peacebuilding initiatives that apply the IF4Peace model in real-world settings, helping partners move from diagnosis to implementation.

What We Do

IF4Peace turns peacebuilding ideas into practical systems through three core areas of work designed to build lasting resilience.

📊

Research & Learning

We generate practical evidence through diagnostics, policy research, and conflict analysis that help stakeholders understand what works and should be adapted over time.

🤝

Training & Convening

We combine AI-enabled feedback tools, and responsible technology training to help leaders, practitioners, and communities gather rapid insights, build skills, and strengthen collaboration.

How IF4Peace Works

Listen
Convene

Support AI-enabled surveys, consultations, and community feedbacks to understand peace risks and local priorities.

Design

Facilitate a senior advisory platform that helps governments and stakeholders set priorities, and guide coordination.

Build
Finance

Help shape practical peace strategies, institutions, and programs that fit the country context.

Sustain

Move beyond isolated projects to build lasting national systems for peace and resilience.

Provide and mobilize catalytic funding to help the peace systems move from plan to implementation.

Sustain peace systems through real-time learning, adaptation, and lasting institutional capacities until IF4Peace can responsibly exit.

Four-Stage Institutional Establishment and Operational Roadmap

Months 1-12 | Current Stage
Establishment Planning & Executive Recruitment

This stage focuses on establishing the governance, financial, compliance, safeguarding, and operating foundations. It also includes recruiting the core executive and program leadership to strengthen institutional capacity and lead the next phase of development.

Months 13-18
Strategic Partnerships & Financial Mobilization

This stage will formalize strategic partnerships, engage with priority countries, conduct readiness assessments, and develop initial pilot designs, budgets, and partner roles. Focus will be on preparing at least two country contexts for pilot implementation and mobilizing resources for the formal institutional launch.

Months 19-27
Launch Pilot Programs in Pioneer Countries

This stage will use readiness assessments and partner consultations to support country-led priorities, deploy catalytic resources, test advisory and financing models, and generate practical learning for refinement and scale.  Continue funding mobilizations including moving to global pledging sessions.

Next Phase
Move from Pilot Pathways to Full Operations

In this phase, IF4Peace will expand country engagements, deepen partnerships, mobilize larger pools of public and private financing, and support national systems that can prevent violence, manage conflict, and sustain peace over time.  Begin regular public policy contributions and shared lessons learned.
